A self-paced course + template library that walks you through the exact 6-phase method a Title 1 history teacher used to rebuild an entire year of curriculum with AI. Audit → crosswalk → asset library → gap dashboard → blueprints → cartridge.

Three years of accumulated files. Standards that quietly moved. No clean picture of what you actually teach vs. what you're supposed to. Sound familiar?
Years of Canvas / Google Classroom / Drive content you can't search, sort, or trust.
Your state rewrote the standards and nobody handed you a crosswalk.
You're missing standards you don't even know you're missing.
11 weeks until students arrive and "fix the whole course" isn't a weekend… until now.
This isn't theory. The whole method was built rebuilding a real 7th-grade US History II course around Virginia's new 2023 standards.
"I'd been winging it without knowing it. From there AI built me 180 days of pacing — mapped to every standard."
Each phase is a short Loom, a copy-paste prompt set, and a blank template. Do them in order; you finish with a rebuilt, standards-mapped course.
Turn your division calendar into a 43-week pacing grid — quarters, closures, short weeks, assessment windows.
Decompose the new standards into atomic sub-bullets, group into units, and map them to what you already teach.
Have AI walk your entire course export and tag every asset by unit, type, and reuse status.
For every standard: covered, partial, or missing. Get a prioritized list of the lessons you still need to build.
For each unit: weekly arc, daily structure, keeper assets pulled forward, new lessons flagged, assessment plan.
Assemble it into an importable course package and a live Command Center you run all year.
All of it lives inside The Rebuild Lab community — free to join.
10–20 min each, using the real USII rebuild as the live demo.
Google Sheets + xlsx versions of the full workbook.
Copy-paste prompts for every phase — "paste this into Claude."
The whole method written down, step by step.
The USII before/after with real student-work proof.
Yours forever, including future updates to the templates.
Everything above lives inside The Rebuild Lab on Skool — the walkthroughs, the templates, the prompt library, the case study. Join free, go at your own pace, and ask questions as you work. No card required.

Hmm, that didn't go through. Please try again, or email hello@therebuildlab.net.
Yes. The 6-phase method is subject-agnostic. The taxonomies adjust to your content; the workflow doesn't change. It was built on a history course, but teachers in any subject run the exact same phases.
Any LMS export works — Schoology, Google Classroom, even a Google Drive folder. You can also start with just a list of standards and build forward.
No. If you can copy and paste a prompt and drag a file into a chat window, you can do this. Every phase has a Loom that shows the exact steps.
Course design is logistics + judgment. AI handles the logistics — inventory, tagging, crosswalking. You keep the judgment. Your lessons are still yours.
Any capable assistant (Claude works great). The prompt library is written to be pasted into a chat that can read your uploaded files.
The first full pass is a focused weekend. Total to refine everything: ~20 hours. The course is self-paced, so go at your speed.
Rebuild it once, with a method that holds. Start this weekend.
